Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Spirit Linen purchase! If you encounter any issues with your order, we gladly accept returns and offer refunds for incorrect or damaged items through January 1st.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all inserts included.

To initiate a return, please email support@spiritlinen.com and include your order number. We’ll respond with return instructions and next steps.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Returns or replacements for these issues are accepted through January 1st.

Please email support@spiritlinen.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Once confirmed, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us with your order number so we can arrange the proper next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (please allow up to 4 business days for inspection), we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • The returned item has been used or washed.
  • It is not in its original condition or packaging.
  • Inserts or included components are missing.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
